FSA regulated Discount Mortgages was established in 2006 and supplies mortgage products for over 200 UK lenders.
The Challenge
Discount Mortgages has 7 staff, some office based, some homeworkers and some who do both.
The challenge was to provide a system which allowed homeworkers to integrate with the rest of the team and to allow anyone to answer ringing phones.
The FSA require a regulatory statement to be given to all callers. Requiring staff to make this announcement was time consuming and it was difficult to ensure compliance.
