The Company
Managing Director Chris Varley set up Nimbus in 2000 to provide cost-effective web services and e-commerce for both start-up and established businesses. Nimbus offers a range of services, such as self-build websites, project managed solutions, online marketing expertise and in house design and development skills

The Challenge
Incoming calls were a mix of enquiries for web services that range from clients wanting a simple hobbiest website to highly complex websites for regulated sectors, such as the Financial Services Authority, mixed in with ongoing customer services calls. In addition, Nimbus has a number of different brands. They needed to prioritise the most important calls and minimise the possibility of mistakes by using automated call routing.
